Vendors wishing to have a space during our 2023 Corn Hole Tournament must submit this form with payment no later than August 26^th, 2023. The cost for a vendor spot at this event is $25.00 and an item and/or basket that would be beneficial as a raffle.

Please read this disclaimer.

1. Vendor must bring their own tent, tables and chairs. No electric will be available.
2. You will be allotted a 10×10 space unless otherwise requested.
3. Generators are not permitted.
4. Vendor will remove all trash from their space at the end of the event. A large garbage can will be accessible.
5. Vendor agrees to hold Haven House harmless for any losses or injuries sustained by Vendor or Vendor’s employees or affiliates at the Event or during space set up or dismantling including without limitation, loss, theft, fire, destruction, or damage in any manner or nature to any of Vendor’s property or personal injury. The Vendor’s submission of this Agreement expressly releases Event Management, the Event site and/or Operators from all losses.
6. Payment of the complete cost of the space requested by Vendor (“Fees”) is required with the submission of this Agreement unless Event Management has agreed to other arrangements. All Fees are NON‐refundable and will be considered a Donation to Haven House if you are unable to participate on the day of the event or in case of severe rain.
7. You must provide us with a valid email address and phone number. (You will be contacted through email as confirmation that we received your vendor contract and payment.)
8. ALL proceeds made by vendors during the event is theirs to keep.
9. Vendors may arrive as early as 10:00 AM to begin setting up, we ask that you be set up and ready by the event start time of 12:00 PM.
