Education: B.A Criminal Justice from DeSales University, Masters of Social Work from Marywood University 

Areas of experience/specialty:  Trauma informed care/ recovery with evidence based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Previous experience/positions: Hope has worked with many populations in her community over the past 5 years of her experience in the field. She has volunteered in Greece as a refugee mission aid. She has experience in crisis intervention and child welfare. Hope has also worked closely with the homeless population and victims of abuse. Hope has experience working in High Schools, Kidspeace and Cay Galgon Life house.

Approach to counseling: Hope uses her experience in a trauma focused way in order to find the root of ones issues to help come up with realistic coping skills/ goals. Most of all, she works with her clients to find the tools that will help de-escalate crisis and contribute to positive outcomes. She is goal oriented and will always ask her clients what will be worked towards until the next time they meet.
