Areas of experience/specialty: Beth works well with men and women who struggle with self-esteem and are experiencing trauma from broken families, and abusive and/or codependent relationships.
Previous experience/positions: Previously has worked with dependent and troubled youth – primarily younger women. Has also worked previously as an Intensive Case Manager to assist children and adults living with mental illness within their homes and communities.
Approach to counseling: “My approach to therapy incorporates a focus on empowerment and family, by means of increasing self-awareness and self-esteem, and identifying individual and familial strengths and purpose.”
