Education: Master of Education in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University
Areas of experience/specialty: Adolescents, adult women with history of trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, family issues (i.e. co-parenting, parenting, attachment, family stressors).
Previous experience/positions: Courtney has previously worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has experience running school-based groups with adolescents in Bethlehem Area School District, prevention programming for gender-based violence through Lehigh University, and individual counseling for both adolescents and adults with extensive trauma histories through Community Voices Clinic.
Approach to counseling: “I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy techniques, and mindfulness to help facilitate my client’s journey to healing and finding their inner strength.”
