Approach to counseling: “I approach each session to fit the needs of the client, focusing on what they feel is important for their growth. I find meeting the client where they are at helps the client to figure out what works best for them. I incorporate a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) practices into sessions as well as Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients reach their goals in a way that works for them. I aim to provide a safe and trusting environment for each client.”
