Previous experience/positions: previously, I have gained experience in high schools as a school counselor. I currently am an elementary school counselor in a school district working with children with trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, autism, etc.
Approach to counseling: “I strive to provide highly personalized, trauma-informed care tailored to individual needs using a variety of therapeutic techniques such as person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, multimodal therapy, Gestalt therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).”
