Areas of experience/specialty: Provides therapeutic care for individuals in various walks of life experiencing anxiety disorder, depression, etc. while remaining trauma informed.
Previous experience/positions: K-12 certified school counselor and currently a license associate professional counselor working towards licensure as a license professional counselor. Currently works as a high school counselor in a local high school.
Approach to counseling: She utilizes a person-centered and solution focused brief therapy approach while integrating mindfulness strategies and remaining trauma informed. Her goal is to provide a non-judgmental and nurturing environment. Her mission is to support individuals on their journey in life through listening, supporting, and empathizing, while also empowering and providing individuals with an atmosphere of acceptance, security, warmth, and reassurance to attain their fullest potential. As a Latina, Francesca, looks forward to working with the individuals throughout the Lehigh Valley.
